Are you looking for a full or part-time role as a care assistant?

We are recruiting experienced, reliable, compassionate carers and support assistants to provide care for elderly and disabled people in their own homes.

Hours can be flexible and some night shifts may be available. You’ll work on set hourly contracts of employment at a competitive rate of pay and with mileage expenses paid.

New to care?

We’re also keen to take on people who are new to care but have the passion to make a difference and the willingness to learn. Full training and support will be provided and new carers will shadow experienced teams.

We are looking for local people with their own reliable transport. The people you’ll care for live in Prenton, Bromborough, Bebington, Rock Ferry, Greasby and across the Wirral.

You will be caring for people who need specialist support such as:

  • Dementia
  • Long term conditions
  • Terminal illness
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Learning disabilities
  • Physical disabilities
  • Mental health conditions

You will be helping people with:

  • General household tasks
  • Taking medication
  • Washing, bathing and dressing
  • Cooking food and serving meals
  • Providing company and companionship
  • Shopping, attending appointments, day centres and social outings

We are looking for staff that are motivated and committed to providing specialist support for adults within their own homes. The company provide a high standard of care and require staff who have compassion, patience and are willing to learn.

Due to continued success, the company is seeking to recruit care/support assistants.

Staff provide person-centered care to elderly and vulnerable clients and we strive to promote independence and empowerment whilst ensuring dignity and privacy is protected

JOB ROLE:

· Domestic duties and shopping.

· Personal care for clients in their own home.

· Preparing meals.

· Medication administration.

· To provide companionship and support.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience is not essential as the company provide full training however, to be successful you must:

· Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure.

· Provide evidence to confirm your right to work in the UK.

· Be flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

· Have a driving licence and car owner preferred
